Danielle Barcomb-Busansky, CTRS, develops adaptive recreation programs for Sitrin’s NeuroCare residents. Within these programs, she works on fine and gross motor skills, problem solving, cognition, and social wellbeing. She assesses each resident upon admission, and bases the programs around personal leisure interests.

Prior to working at Sitrin, she was employed at Upstate Cerebral Palsy and was responsible for planning monthly community activities for individuals throughout the local area. Currently, Barcomb-Busansky enjoys providing programs that enhance each NeuroCare resident’s quality of life, making the residents feel at home on the unit.
